Great easy took book. Customer service very friendly and would definitely recommend

I have used London Theatre Direct a number of times now and have found them excellent. Good range and prices of performances and seats, very reasonable prices, excellent service, no problems. Recently I made a mistake with a booking and they were really good in sorting it out and helping me, many thanks.

I needed to exchange my tickets for a later date and it was a bit complicated as I had booked the tickets on two separate occasions but Josh and Angus fixed the problem and exchanged all the tickets with no fuss. Brilliant service.

I did not received a recap before payment and then I realized after payment that there was 4 tickets instead of 3. I wrote immediately and was said I have to pay a 20% fee to get the cancellation of the extra ticket… seems like a kind of fraud to me …

My partner purchased 2 tickets for Grease the musical as a surprise for my birthday.
As luck would have it he purchased tickets for the exact same date as I have booked for us to be in Rome. (This was a surprise trip for his birthday present - which was only 8 days after my birthday).
I was excited but thought there would be no way we’d be able to change the tickets to another date.
However, I spoke to a really lovely person, named Josh via email who assured me that as a gesture of good will we could change our tickets, for a different date at the same price.
I couldn’t be more thankful to him for this offer as well as sorting it all out.
We are both so grateful for this and would like our thanks to go to Josh for his kindness.

I made a mistake on my booking but Roger and the team acted quickly to allow me to rebook for the correct date without any fuss.

I needed to exchange my theatre ricjets due to a train strike. I wax assisted by a friendly, helpful staff member who explained everything clearly regarding my exchange and completed the exchange in a quick, efficient manner.

I contacted the online service because of a mistake I made when booking. The response was very quick and positive for us: although I was entirely responsible for the date error when booking our tickets, we were offered an excellent solution to exchange our tickets.

Josh, the customer service assistant, who helped us managed to sort out our query pretty quickly and as best as he could for us. We really appreciate everything he did for us. Lovely and professional.

Due to the rail strikes, I had to make a change to the date of a theatre visit I had planned with 4 of my friends. I emailed my request through via the website and received a speedy response from an agent named Roger. He very clearly explained that whilst tickets are non refundable, he was able to move the tickets as a gesture of goodwill that would incur a small admin fee. Moving the date also meant that another friend was able to join us, so Roger very kindly factored in the addition of another person to booking at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very clear, courteous and polite and made what started out as a possibly stressful situation (the prospect of us not being able to move it or get a refund) a very easy transaction in the end. I have no hesitation recommending booking theatre tickets via LTD. Thanks again Roger!
